Sport coaches will learn specific, practical and time-tested methodologies to effectively assist their athletes with dependably achieving a relaxed body, calm mind energized state which enables them to consistently perform their best. Just this spring, 2017 Spino and Warburton began a collaboration involving integrating their respective mental-training approaches. The result was/is an integration of body-based energy (from Energy Psychology including Emotional Freedom Techniques tapping) and relaxation practices, with cognitive mental training including body image, sport skill application, self-honest self-observation (now popularly called mindfulness) and event rehearsal and visualization.
The workshop will include recent case studies that graphically illustrate the value of adding a mind/body coaching component that includes specific practices. If time allows, we will also offer a live demonstration during our time together.
