Being fully present is key in athletic training and performance. Elite athletes know action follows thought and have developed various approaches to achieve full awareness and focus. Self-talk, the ‘voices’ we use and self-hypnosis are powerful tools that allow us to drop into full awareness and focus.
In this experiential workshop, we will introduce the understanding that using self-talk and self-hypnosis is a conscious choice. We will then offer various voices and self-hypnosis practices that can be easily used. The quality of Mind we put into our Selves is critical to how well we train and perform.
