True balance comes from the core. Not the rippling six-pack most of us search for on top, but the deep inner support system that holds you up in and out of your athletic experience. Balance is a constantly evolving, harmonious relationship between yin and yang. If we spend too much time in either place we become stagnant. As we strengthen our core we strengthen our boundaries and learn to osciliate smoothly through different states.

Join us for a core-focused yoga flow that will challenge you to find the strenth in your yin and the stillness in your yang.
